Q: How can I determine if My Parent can afford a Retirement Community?

A: First consider all of the fees that your parent may be currently paying. This could include Property, Tax, Home Owners Insurance, Subdivision or Association Fees, Utilities, Lawn Care and Snow Removal, and more. At Park Place we offer a monthly rental option or an entry deposit option to meet their financial needs. Q: How will I know if My Parent will Fit In and Be Happy?

A: Park Place has a special Welcome and Orientation Program which lasts for several weeks, assuring all new Residents moving in to our community learn their way around and meet a variety of new neighbors right away. The social, friendly environment at Park Place lends itself to making friends and being happy. You are welcome to come by and visit and attend activities along with your parent at any time!
